In the eighth text we present an analysis of the causes behind the crisis in the BiH judiciary, with a particular emphasis on the phenomenon of “deep justice”. Mid-year 2019, the public understandably focused on the well-known scandal involving the president of HJPC Milan Tegeltija.

In part seven of the series we present to you our findings that the President of the Municipal Court in Mostar, Divna Bošnjak, is the lead coordinator of obstruction of justice in the case at hand, with the goal to protect illegal enrichment by the local builder.

In this, part six of the series, we will present methods used to systematically minimize the possibility that the international bank can at least partly recover the losses it suffered as it had to act in accordance with illegal judgments by the Municipal and Cantonal courts in Mostar.

In order for the readers to understand how Nina Ratkušić, presiding over the case, continues to this day, after 403 days and counting (with 10.12.2019), to illegally keep in her drawer the order for counter-enforcement in favor of the international bank, without anyone forcing her to act on the case, it is essential to look at the actions of those individuals and institutions whose primary duty it is to suppress risk of corruption and unprofessional behavior by judicial officials.

In this, part five, we present the role of the Chief Disciplinary Prosecutor and the role of the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH, and the way that Mrs. Alena Kurspahić Nadarević sees this role.
