The series of texts named “Where is Juka’s money?” and based on material evidence and conversations/correspondences of the individuals relevant in the construction of “Sarajevo Tower” we are going to reveal information how the Euro-profil commerce – Hodza’s firm got the job in the first place, why Juka’s firm MTH-ARI quit the façade works, how the extra 200,000 BAM even appeared and is that money a debt to MTH-ARI (owner Jusuf Muhic aka Juka), is this a case of the previous debt settlements, did the authorities “bought the wrong story” and a business debt characterized as a bribe, and who has responsibility towards for more than 400 apartment buyers.
Korekt Ltd. Sarajevo received a request to publish a retraction from a contractor in charge of the façade works, Euro-profil commerce Ltd., on 09 November 2020, which states several points regarding “Analysis of delayed construction of Sarajevo Tower” that was published by Korekt Ltd. on 28 November 2020, and which are allegedly “incorrect and untrue”.
After 12 texts / analyses in the series “Corporate-Judicial Affair” in Mostar and the great interest of the public because of this case, we’re putting a dot on i which is symbolically the title of this text. We are making an epilogue, not because there is no more material to write, of course there is, but precisely for the reason of not going on indefinitely, we decided to complete this series.
On Tuesday, 03 November 2020, journalist of web portal https://www.faktor.ba/ Mr Admir Drinjakovic telephoned the director of Korekt d.o.o., Mr Bojan Bajic asking if he was interested to answer several questions related to the Analysis in Delay of Construction of Sarajevo Tower Structure, and reactions of ANS Drive to the Analysis, and the following Korekt’s answer to the ANS Drive’s response.
On this day, 28 October 2020, Korekt d.o.o. received a letter from company ANS Drive d.o.o., signed by the Director, Mr. Asmir Dzevlan, titled as follows: Response to the Memo-Pamphlet of the Korekt d.o.o. No. 04/007 dated 13 October 2020”
